Error page on clicking on switching to HTML editor

edited September 2014 in Troubleshooting

It's a new installation. When I try to switch to HTML editor or other editor, I get this error page . http://fashup.co.in/sendy/includes/create/edit?i=1&c=2 . In the log i see: File does not exist: /var/www/sendy/includes/create/edit, referer: http://fashup.co.in/sendy/edit?i=1&c=2

I ran the installation test and all the dependencies are installed. Mod Rewrite is enabled.

  • Hi,

I suspect some files are missing from your Sendy installation. Please do a full re-upgrade to the latest version of Sendy:

    1. Download the full build of Sendy from http://sendy.co/get-updated (use the form right at the top to download the full build of Sendy).

    2. Then re-upload all of Sendy's files to your server (except /includes/config.php and /uploads/ folder) replacing the old ones.

    Best regards,
    Ben

  • Thank you Ben, I have verified it twice by installing the old version I had i.e. 1.1.9.2 and the new one 1.1.9.4 . both have the same problem . Also when I login, it logs me in but lands me on this page: http://tinypic.com/r/19vxhe/8

Please check that your APP_PATH in /includes/config.php is set correctly to 'http://fashup.co.in/sendy'.

  • Thanks Ben, that was it ..
