Deleted cron job accidentally, how to show instructions again?

Please help me on these 2 issues

After I set cronjob, it's works but after I mistaken deleted the cronjob, I can not see instruction about this before sending out email
After I restart the VPS, all campaign stop sending emails even the new campaign.

Hi,

Your campaign stopped sending because you've deleted the cron job for scheduled.php.

To see the cron job setup instructions again, visit http://your_sendy_installation_url/reset-cron to reset cron job statuses in the database.
