I installed Sendy on a database with other tables on it so I can easily link subscriber lists between our membership software and Sendy. I would highly recommend setting a prefix for database tables as this allows a database administrator to view all the Sendy tables in one area and also prevents conflicts with tables that may have the same names.
Hi @chriswallace,
Thanks for your suggestion.
At the moment, Sendy will alert you if there're table name conflicts before letting you install.
Thanks.
Ben
+1 for prefix. Makes it hard to fund them in amongst a bunch of others.
posted a new discussion about this before finding this thread. a database prefix would be nice. makes understanding the database easier when looking at it.
