How accurate is Sendy's report data?

Just sent my first campaign of 28 emails and 22 pf them are showing as unopened. I was surprised it was this low, how accurate is sendy?

Hi,

Sendy is as accurate as any other email marketing platforms like MailChimp, Aweber, Campaign Monitor etc.

Just like other email marketing applications, Sendy uses an invisible tracking image to track 'opens'.

If the recipient does not "turn on images" when viewing your email, 'opens' will not be able to be tracked. This is the same for all other email marketing applications.
