Can people subscribe by sending an email into the Sendy system?
Some autoresponders allow users to subscribe to a list by simply sending in an email to a dedicated email address. Is that possible with Sendy? If not, maybe add it to the "feature wish list."

When do you think this will be implemented? It causes problems to add clients to a list automatically as it is now.

Just starting using Wishlist Member plugin to run a membership site. They integrate with many email providers (the usual ones like Aweber) but for "generic" option they do it by sending an email to your lists subscribe & unsubscribe email address.
This would be a great feature
