How to change subscriber information or status?

  1. Someone spelled their name incorrectly when they subscribed and wants me to change it.
  2. An email was bouncing because someone left an "e" out of their URL.
  3. Someone didn't want to unsubscribe but has. Wants me to fix things.

How do I fix each one?

    An email was bouncing because someone left an "e" out of their URL.

    Click on the subscriber's name or email in the list. A modal window will pop up, you can edit the subscriber's data in the modal window (see screenshot below):


    Hit enter to save

    Someone didn't want to unsubscribe but has. Wants me to fix things.

    Click the tick button to resubscribe (see screenshot below):

    I did change the email in the box. After it saved, I also checked (opened it again) and it does change

    BUT what' showing up, after I save it and open it again, is the old email address.

  • After editing the email, hit 'Enter' on your keyboard to save.

  • That did it. Thanks
