Delete Subscribers - Not Acceptable

I am having trouble using the 'Delete Subscribers' button. When I click on it, I get the following message:

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /email/delete-from-list could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Your help is appreciated. By the way 'email' is my Sendy directory.

    I was able to fix the issue by disabling mod_security.

    I have the same issue. I tried adding


    SecFilterEngine Off
    SecFilterScanPOST Off


    To .htaccess but still when I click on the delete subscriber tab it says 406 Not Acceptable.. help is appreciated
