Subscribe form?

The send troubleshooting page says:

Sendy provides you with a subscribe form HTML code you can embed anywhere on your website.

Go to 'View all lists' on the left sidebar

>

Select your desired list

>

Click 'Subscribe form' at the top right to get the HTML code

I see no "Subscribe form" form on my list page, I even looked at the source. This is with Version 2.1.0.1.

Also the forum page says

Get answers quicker by searching

alas no search either.
