Are bounced email addresses excluded from campaigns?

Currently while sending any campaign, Sendy automatically skips unsubscribed addresses.
How do we achieve the same for bounced email addresses?

    This is the same for 'bounced', 'marked as spam' and 'unconfirmed' email addresses. They will be skipped.
