We have been using Sendy to send our emails several months ago. At moment we haven't received any billing from Amazon. Is it correct?
You're hosted on Amazon EC2 server. If you're a new Amazon Web Services user, you have a 'free tier' so you can use Amazon EC2 server free for 1 year. Also, the first 2,000 emails sent via Amazon SES each day that are invoked from an Amazon EC2 server are free as well. Which means 62,000 emails sent each month is free.
