    Hi,

    1. Create a new list
    2. Import the 'blacklist' CSV file
    3. Then use the 'Mass unsubscribe' function to mass unsubscribe all the subscribers you've just imported

In future when you import a CSV and if there are email addresses matching those already marked as unsubscribed in the 'blacklist', they will not be imported.

    Thanks.

    Best regards,
    Ben

  • THANKS. it sounds perfect: btw when i use mass unsubscribe do the e-mail addresses remain in the database or are they completely deleted?

  • i think it is important they remain to avoid to re-import them again

They remain in the database, not deleted.

When you re-import the same emails in future, any emails that were marked as 'unsubscribed' in the list or any other list in the brand, it will be skipped.

    Thanks.

    Best regards,
    Ben

In version 4 and up, you can now import suppression lists, under 'Blacklist ยป Suppression list':

    Best regards,
    Ben
