Unsubscribe webhook?

Hi, is it possible to know when there is an unsubscribe? If a user click the unsubscribe link, Sendy set that email as unsubscribed. But how can I know this? With API Subscribe and Unsubscribe I can do the opposite thing, but in this case Sendy should tell me that the email is now unsubscribed. With Mailchimp there is the Webhook function, is there something similar? I'm using "Subscription Status" API once a day, but it's very long and asyncronous.. Thank you for your help!
