Cron job on hostgator

Hello there,

I have a problem with cron job on Hostgator shared host
I'm sure it's not working because when I send a campaign it always hangs for 30+ mins and resumes immediately if I load scheduled.php manually.

Before contacting hostgator support, I would like to make sure that cron job set up is done correctly. Please see cron job screen shot by clicking link below:

    Hi,

    The ‘Minute’ part should be set as */5 and not 5 as per the official cron job setup instructions.
