403 Error when saving Campaign or List

Hi,

When I save a change to a list or a new campaign I get the 403 error. I've confirmed with my host that mod_security is off for the domain. I've also tried with all extensions turned off, in different browsers, with cache plugins and Cloudflare turned off. I'm not using the Wordfence plugin. Any ideas?

    Hi,

    If you get a 403 error when saving a campaign, it is 100% a mod_security issue → https://sendy.co/troubleshooting#403-forbidden-error-when-clicking-save-and-next. mod_security still isn't turned off despite what your host have claimed.

    Thanks so much. I asked my host to check for the third time and they still said it was disabled. When I talked them into trying to replicate the 403, they immediately realized that it was still on and finally turned mod_sec off. Now it's working :) I appreciate your help! Have a great day :)
