Global custom fields

Hi Ben,

Is there any way we can create global custom fields which exist for every list? Would be really useful for things like temporary lists (e.g. double opt-in reminders from another database).

    This isn't actually such a big deal as duplicating the values in phpmyadmin is easy enough. Would be nice for non-techy users though I imagine.

    I am also looking a way to store a global variable or image within Sendy. Any news on this feature?
