X emails were skipped from your last import

    When importing my CSV for subscribers i get "X emails were skipped from your last import. To see the list and reasons, export the CSV"

    In the report it says the reason Unsubscribed / Bounced / Marked as Spam

    However none of these subscribers are in this particular list. They are potentially in other lists in Sendy but not this one so not sure why they are not uploading into the list.

    Anyone know the answer to this?

    If an email address exists in other lists and is 'Unsubscribed', 'Marked as spam' or 'Bounced', it will also not be imported into the list. Unless you set the 'unsubscribe settings' in the list's settings to 'Only this list':


    To edit any list’s settings:

    1. Go to 'View all lists' on the left sidebar
    2. Select your desired list
    3. Click ‘List settings' at the top right

    The only exception is if the email address is 'Bounced' anywhere else, it will never be re-imported into any list.
