Black screen

I had this working properly when I first bought v5, but at some point it started giving me the black screen of death. I just tried upgrading to v5.2, but still the same thing. Any ideas on how to fix? Is this something you've seen before?

Thanks, that did the trick! Should I also worry about mod_rewrite as well?

As long as you don't get a 404 error at the login page, there's no need to worry about mod_rewrite.
