How does delivery fee and cost per recipient work for Drip Campaigns and autoresponders for brands.

edited May 2013 in Suggestions

Hello Ben,

Hope you are good.

Please how does this work for drip campaigns and autoresponders?
I don't quite understand how the costing works for these because emails of drip campaigns and autoresponders would be sent out individually and at different times depending on the settings of the drip campaign and autoresponder.
Another consideration is the fact that when a new subscriber joins a list after the drip campaign or auto responder had been created, he/she is automatically subscribed to the drip campaign or autoresponder.

Looking forward to a quick reply.

Kind Regards.

  • Hi Shankorella,

Hope you are good as well. Autoresponders aren't integrated with payments yet, but I've taken note of it.

    Thanks.

    Ben

  • This is also a problem for me as clients can upload an unlimited number of autoreponders and not pay for them to be sent.

  • Hi Ben,

    Any updates on this? Thanks!

Any updates on this? It seems that that this has been requested for a long time to charge for autoresponder use but no progress has been reported. Has this software been abandoned? Here's a proposed solution... Instead of prepay (like how campaigns work), how about a post pay option like every 30 days? The system could tally up the emails sent for that brand over a month and then auto bill or invoice the client. Or another post pay idea is maybe have the ability to setup clients on a monthly retainer before they can even start using the system and sending emails. If they don't pay, then campaigns/autoresponders get suspended until payment is made. Would like to here if any progress is being made on this front.
