Unable to verify and setup bounces & complaints

Greetings:

After a year of not using sendy, I have upgraded to v 5.22 today, and recreated the IAM sendy user as instructed by the video.

After getting the message "Sendy is unable to verify and setup bounces & complaints handling for your 'From email' address. Here's what you need to do..." I have set up new complaints and bounces topics, and they are OK according to aws:

I have assigned the SNS topics both to the sending email and sending domain.

And yet it doesn't work.

    Thank you for your time, I missread SNSf antought it was SESf which I had already done. MY mistake, it was in front of me.
