• No, it doesn't say anything the page just reloads and the form is blank again.

• Just checked my error log and it says:

  mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Notice: Undefined index: userID
  mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Notice: Undefined index: license

  not sure what that means...
