Double opt in and autoresponder triggered when adding new email addresses to list?

Hi Ben,

If I follow https://sendy.co/forum/discussion/10038/double-opt-in-and-autoresponder#Item_2, and let's say I manually add new email addresses to the list, on a daily/weekly basis;

• will the double opt-in, and autoresponder from sequence email #1, trigger for the new email addresses as I add them to the list?

Or do I have to create a list with the new email addresses every time, and apply the same double opt-in and autoresponder?

Hi,

Your Autoresponder will only trigger if the user clicks the confirmation link to confirm their subscription to your ‘double opt-in’ list.
