Import speed
We are experiencing slow imports.
On one of the discussions y read the following
"Speed for importing CSV is not related to sending speed. Moreover, the issue on the thread you included above has been resolved with indexes added to the database from version 1.1.5 onwards which resulted in double increase in sending speed. We have 1.1.5.4, and when I checked the database. I did not see any indexes in the table subscribers. Did something went wrong on the installation since i did not have any indexes ?. I went ahead and created an index on the email field. Import performance is much better now, I was able to import 10000 email in seconds, before it would take at least 4-5 minutes.

Indexes were added in 1.1.5. But indexes weren't added for 'email' column.
