Using [unsubscribe] and [webversion] tags in WYSIWYG not working

Hey,

Can someone please explain how these tags are supposed to be used as which ever way I try it just returns [unsubscribe] or [webversion] in a test mail.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Those are for the TXT version of the message only. You need to use the <> versions for an HTML message.
