Spinning icon & 0% to right of subscriber count on subscriber lists page

This is on the page that shows a table of all the subscriber lists. Under the Active table header. What does the 0% mean and why the spinner icon? The 0% never increases and spinner never disappears but I don't know what they are for. Is this a problem?

    Hi,

    The percentage and spinner is displayed when you import a CSV.
