Bounces and complaints handling errors

Hi Ben,

My Sendy configuration is all set and good to go. I checked on the functionalities by sending test mails and everything is working as expected. But i still see the error message on my portal which says,

 Error ($sns->Subscribe('bounces')): InvalidParameter. Please try again by refreshing this page. If this error persist, visit your Amazon SNS console and delete all 'Topics' and 'Subscriptions' and try again.

 Error ($sns->Subscribe('complaints')): InvalidParameter. Please try again by refreshing this page. If this error persist, visit your Amazon SNS console and delete all 'Topics' and 'Subscriptions' and try again.

I used to refresh the page a lot, but never works. I searched on your forums about this issue and tried removing the topics and subscriptions. Removed and added new IAM user for the same. But still the error message pops up.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions..

  • Hi,

    Your server very likely has a firewall that’s blocking outgoing connections. If your server have a firewall, try disabling it to diagnose the issue.
