HTTP Error Code 400?
Hi, I have a customer that can send emails properly to all the emails on her lists, except her boss, the email always returns error code 400 on the delivery report, what does that mean and what could the possible causes be so I can prevent that from happening?

Hi Antonio,
Your client's boss's email could have been blacklisted (now known as suppression list).
Try removing the email from the suppression list in your SES console.
