How to personalise the name in the 'To' field

I understand how to use the name field in the email body, but I want to know if it's possible to use it in the email "to" field so that the email is sent to (for example) John Smith <john@smith.com> instead of just john@smith.com. I have evidence this increases open rates so getting something trivial like this in place would make a big difference for my organisation. Thanks in advance!

  • Hi,

I want to know if it's possible to use it in the email "to" field so that the email is sent to (for example) "John Smith john@smith.com" instead of just "john@smith.com”

Populate your subscribers' data with a name, then when you send email campaigns, the email they receive will reflect as John Smith <john@smith.com>.

If the subscriber’s name is empty, it will naturally reflect as just john@smith.com instead of John Smith <john@smith.com>.

    Thanks.

    Best regards,
    Ben
