Add list name to unsubscribe page?

Love love love Sendy!
I'm finally getting around to customizing drip emails, the subscribe page, and the unsubscribe page.

I'm wondering if there is any way to add the name of the list to the messaging on the unsubscribe page? Right now it says the default:
"You're unsubscribed. Re-subscribe?"

I'd like it to have it at least say "You're unsubscribed from my list".
I'm using the [unsubscribe] tag for emails for users to access the unsubscribe page, if that helps at all.

I would go right in and customize the page, but I don't want it to get overwritten in future upgrades.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

I’m glad to hear you’re loving Sendy.

You can add a custom unsubscribe page that your users will be redirected to when they unsubscribe, this page can contain any text you want.

You can set the ‘Unsubscribe confirmation page’ in your list settings:
