Login page logs in and out again automatically

This happens only for my programmer only who works from another country. I am log in fine. My web host can log in fine. My programmer can access my web server using FTP fine. The host has confirmed that that his IP is no blocked.

He is using:

OS: Window 7
Browsers: Firefox, Chrome

(I've seen the other threads pertaining to login/out automatically. The don't seem to apply to my situation since everyone can log in but my programmer. Email me and I'll send you the credentials if that help you)

    I saw another of your posts that states the username is case sensitive. This fixed the problem.
