How to redirect subscriber to custom thank you page

Hi, I tried to replace this link to my own confirmation page but the test email can't get into the list. How can I fix this?

    Hi,

    You can set a 'Subscribe success page’ in the list settings.

    Screenshot:

    When a user signs up via Sendy’s subscription form, they will be redirected to the URL you set after subscribe.
