Apostrophes getting backslashed in subject lines

I've used apostrophes in subject lines in the past (on previous versions), and it's been fine. For a send I'm working on now, on 1.1.6.3, when a put in an apostrophe in the subject line ("This Week's..."), when I Save and Next from Edit Campaign, and land in List Selection/Preview, subject line becomes "This Week\'s...". When I go back to Edit, the backslash is in the subject line text box. Anything I can do here to fix?

My tables are InnoDB Type/latin1_swedish_ci collation, and the Sum row is MyISAM/utf8_general_ci. Using all English.

    campaigns.title is varchar(500)/latin1_swedish_ci.

    Set it in the db directly and all is fine. I think I accidentally put the backslash in, and once that was done, trying to get rid of it via the GUI wasn't working. In the db, it was actually three backslashes in a row. Maybe one was escaping the next and it just needed to get hard set to fix.
