Segment for non GDPR tagged subscribers

Dear Ben,

Could I segment those emails I have no GDPR OK? So I could re-send several mails until 25 May those contact I haven't GDPR OK

    Hi,

    You'd need to send a re-permission campaign to ask to ask your subscribers to read your terms and privacy policy and re-optin if they did not signup to your list in a GDPR compliant manner.

    Once they agree, then you can send emails whether to segments or not after 25 may.

    Thanks you Ben, the point is that I would like to ask twice times to my customers before 25 may; I mean, first time to all of them, second time the person who didn't answer first time because the could be dismiss the previous email. Thanks you.

    Hi,

    Alternatively you can do the following:

    1. Export the GDPR subscribers from your list, then import them into a 'new' list.
    2. Then use the same CSV to mass unsubscribe from the list you've exported your CSV from.

    Then you can send a campaign to the list without re-sending to the 'GDPR OK' users.
