Where does the invalid email address go?

Hi there,

If there is an invalid email address in my list , e.g michaelwong@gmail.cc after the campain was sent, where will this invalid email address belong to? not open or bounce? and second question is if I export the "not open" list, will this list contain michaelwong@gmail.cc?

    Hi,

    If an email is sent to an invalid or non-existent email address, it will 'Bounce'. It will be part of the 'Bounced' tab in your subscribers list.

    No the 'not open' list will not include 'Bounced' email addresses.
