After upgrade, HTML Entities problems...

Hi,

After upgranding form 1.1.5 to version 1.1.6 I've been fighting with special chars. BTW, issues I didn't have before.

It is happening in the dashboard and in the html email code!!!

Exemples:

Espaço becames Espaço (dashboard)

(html code)

It is unusable for spanish, portuguese etc languages!

    I went back to 1.1.5.4 and everything is fine, so... please, fix it ... ok? Thanks!

    Hi,

    Sendy now uses UTF8 as the character set when any connection to the database is made.

    If you come from an older version of Sendy, add this line to /includes/config.php - $charset = 'latin';
