Do I need to remove bounced email addresses from lists?

Does Sendy automatically remove bounced emails from the list or do you have to do that manually?
Same question regarding complaints or spam reports.

  • Hi,

    There is no need to manually remove 'bounced', 'complaint' or 'unsubscribed' email address. Future campaigns and CSV imports will skip these email addresses.
