Re-install or just move when changing hosting?
I'm moving hosting from GoDaddy to Amazon EC2. I'm keeping the same domain name, and now the domain is now re-pointed to the new hosting. Since I've got the same domain name (and I'm keeping the domain registered with GoDaddy, so all my DKIM/SPF/etc. is still in place for the domain), can I just move all the files over, and export my db and import on the new box? I'd have to bring the db with me regardless, but is there any benefit to reinstalling vs. moving app files over.
Thanks!

Hi @texasjohn,
Yes you can just move the files and db over.
There's no difference between the two.
Thanks.

Great- thank you. Took a little bit for the site icons to cache, so I was worried for a while, then they all started showing up
