Translation un-subscription page

Hi, Is there a quick way to translate un-subscription page that is displayed after a subscriber clicks the link on email?
We don't want to link to an external unsubscribe page as our website is not in production yet.

So - Is there a way to translate the specific page within our Sendy installation ?
And if doing so can we avoid that this translation will be overwritten when updating Sendy in the future ?
