We did not find the link you sent helpful in relation to our specific question - hope you can help on this question:

"Is there a quick way to translate un-subscription page that is displayed after a subscriber clicks the link on email?
We don't want to link to an external unsubscribe page as our website is not in production yet.

So - Is there a way to translate the specific page within our Sendy installation ?
And if doing so can we avoid that this translation will be overwritten when updating Sendy in the future ?"

If you do not want to redirect the unsubscribe link to an external web page, then translate the unsubscription confirmation page, which is exactly the answer in this thread → https://sendy.co/forum/discussion/11745/translation-un-subscription-page
