Cron for updating segments?

Is there a script which can be set-up as a cron to update the segments? I presume they need to be updated to ensure new subscribers are included in the segment as when I visit /segments-list?i=1&l=1 and hover over the update icon, it shows a last updated date as days ago and only appears to update if I update this manually.

Hunted through set-up instructions and forum but could not seem to find any instructions.

    Hi,

    Inside any segments, you'll see the cron job setup instructions in a blue box at the bottom.
