Birthday email

Hello,

I am trying to configure a birthday email. An autoresponder that checks every morning for subscribers of a special list (with a custom date field).

But it is not working, I did the following points, please warn me if I missed anything:

  1. I have created a list with the date field.
  2. The autoresponder cron is configured.
  3. Inserted some users with dates to test.

And... nothing happens at specific dates inserted in users.

Another doubt: doing the birthday email that way, does it will run every year? Or only one time?

    Hi,

    If you use the "Send annually" Autoresponders, it will trigger 1 year after the date stored in the date based custom field.
