Bounce and complaints via Amazon SES not working
I have just installed sendy a week ago and sent my first campaigns. I am using Amazon SES to send and everything works great except sendy is not reporting any bounces or complaints but when I checked my Amazon account, there were 3% bounces and some complaints.

If your server have a firewall blocking incoming connections, disable it to see if it is causing the issue. There are no known issues with bounces and complaints handling in Sendy.

I do not have any subscriptions in the SNS console. Did my tech miss something?

I've figured out the problem. The firewall on the server was not open to Amazon. We asked them to open that up and now the subscriptions are showing. You might want to update the knowledge base with this little gem.
