Exclude emails who responded

I have an existing list that I would like to send 3-4 emails to. I would also like to exclude emails from the follow ups if they have responded to me. So, the first email goes out, then the second - someone replies and thanks me, but they are excluded from the third email that goes out.

Is this possible?

    For users who replied to you, add them to a new list. Then when you send another campaign, you can ‘Exclude’ that list from the campaign.
