No .htaccess file in download

Hi,
You're probably using a Mac or Linux OS where files with a 'dot' appended in the file name is hidden (like the .htaccess file). You need to show hidden files on your Mac in order to see the .htaccess file. See http://ianlunn.co.uk/articles/quickly-showhide-hidden-files-mac-os-x-mavericks/ on how to show hidden files on your Mac.
