Incorrect SES Region?

Hi,

After the installation, i logged in and saw incorrect SES Region N. Virginia and Quotas (Max, Rate). I use the same AWS Access Key and run the aws ses get-send-quota and it show correct requested values. Could you let me know how to fix this?

  • Hi,

    There are no known issues with getting the right region or quotas from Amazon SES though. Please ensure your Amazon SES region is set to the correct region in your Sendy's main settings.
