Installation on GoDaddy business hosting
  • I have installed Sendy on Godaddy Linux Business Account . When I access my Sendy URL , it throws following error after briefly showing the sendy page.

    Not Found
The requested URL /sendyemail/login was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have created the .htaccess file and included the code as desired and also done other tips which are recommended in the FAQ's and help files, but unable to resolve the issue.

    Hi,

Don't create your own .htaccess file for Sendy directory. Sendy have its own .htaccess file. Please restore Sendy's original .htaccess file, then follow the instructions at → https://sendy.co/troubleshooting#404-error

    Thanks.

    Best regards,
    Ben
