I can't click the Enable button in Autorepsonders

Hi,

I installed Sendy successfully. I actived Autoresponder. But I can't click Yes Enabled button in Autoresponder. So I haven't used Autoresponder. I tried change Chmod and not effectively. I don't understand. Please help me ! Thank you!
