Email and password created on installation page not working...

Hi there,

The email and password I created on the installation page aren't working on the login page.

I have tried this several times and made sure there was no mistake. It was still the same error.

I used the reset password option, it wasn't responding as it shows only "sending" without sending anything mail for over 30 minutes.

Help please!

Hi,

Your domain have an automatic redirect to ‘https’ version of any URLs.

Change the APP_PATH in Sendy’s /includes/config.php script to:

‘https://mail.emmydc.com‘

instead of:

‘http://mail.emmydc.com‘

and try again.
