How to use custom fields in email

I would like to display (and perhaps filter if possible) more than the default fields (Name, e.mail, last activity, status, unsubscribe and delete)

For instance, i have added custom field describing the activity. How may i display this information ? I cannot find any preferences were i could change this.

Hi,

For example if you created a custom field called ‘Country’, to display it in your email, use [Country,fallback=] anywhere you want it to appear in the email. It will be converted into the value stored in the subscriber when they receive your email.
