Redirect loop upon clicking the install button

After uploading all files and getting the database info to clear, I put in my license key and name/email and hit install. It started this looping deal. I grabbed part of the url here: http://blastoffemail.com/login?redirect=login?redirect=login?redirect=login?redirect=login?redirect=login?redirect=login?redirect=login?redirect=login

The only error I saw was: mod_rewrite is not enabled
However, just under that it said I could continue without that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
