I tried searching through the site and forum, but I'm not finding an answer ... When a person receives an email and marks it as spam, and AWS returns a "Complaint" notification. I see that the Status for that person has changed as "Marked as spam" ... does that then mean that the user will no longer receive any more emails or do I need to go in and unsubscribe them in some way?
When an email is flagged as Marked as spam, Sendy will not send any emails to it in future. Same for emails that are marked as Bounced and Unsubscribed.
